· STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR AGENDA & I.D. CARDS WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES IN EVERY CLASS.

· NOTE: Math 6 Daily homework quizzes are NOT available for retakes.

· Quizzes/tests can be re-taken up to 1 week after the original day of the quiz/test

· DMA Test is Dec. 2^nd (this is a state test given to all 4^th, 6^th & 8^th graders)
